A Q-switching driver of a laser generating device for generating a laser with high density energy is provided to form a boosting circuit with a combination of simple devices such as a diode and a condenser without a special high voltage transformer for generating a DC high voltage. In a Q-switching driver of a laser generating device for generating a laser with high density energy, a DC voltage generated in a power supply(110) is boosted and a high DC voltage is outputted in a high DC voltage generating unit(120). A high pressure switching unit(160) performs a switching operation with nano-seconds according to an oscillating frequency generated from a vibration generating circuit unit(150). A high pressure phase inverting unit(170) inverts the high DC voltage to a negative high voltage. An impedance matching and high voltage pulse transmitting unit(180) transmits the negative high voltage pulse and performs an impedance matching. A pockels cell(190) passes a laser light selectively according to the negative high voltage. |
