The present invention provides a hollow silica particle, with a refractive index of 1.2 to 1.4, thermal conductivity less than 0.1 W/m·K, oil absorption rate less than or equal to 0.1 ml/g, porosity when mixing with a resin greater than or equal to 90%, and a coefficient of variation (CV value) of particle distribution less than or equal to 10%. In addition, provided is a composition comprising the hollow silica particle. Provided is a transparent insulation sheet, with a penetration rate of visible rays greater than or equal to 70%, thermal conductivity less than 0.1 W/m·K, and a filling rate of a particle of 30 to 80%.
