The present invention relates to a method for preparing mixed taffy. The method includes: an additive preparing process of preparing additives including coffee powder, a concentrate, and herbal powder to the state of a concentrate or powder; a malt taffy preparing process of producing a saccharification solution, and concentrating the saccharification solution to prepare malt taffy; a malt taffy aging process of aging the malt taffy; a process of mixing the aged malt taffy and the additives in the concentrate or powder state to prepare mixed taffy; and a stretching and overlapping process of repeatedly stretching and overlapping the mixed taffy. The method additionally includes: a cutting process of cutting the stretched and overlapped mixed taffy; and a packaging process of automatically packing the mixed taffy cut in advance.
