The present invention relates to a cube-type device for cutting meat by cutting in perpendicular horizontal directions, which comprises: a cutting device case (10); a supply conveyor (20) for supplying meat while driving along a caterpillar track by a driving means; a slice cutting unit (50) for slicing meat supplied along the supply conveyor by a constant thickness in a longitudinal direction; a cube-type cutting unit (60) for cutting a slice fragment cut by the slice cutting unit and making the cut resultant into cube-type meat; and a discharge conveyor (30) for discharging the cube-type meat cut by the cube-type cutting unit while driving along the caterpillar track by the driving means. The purpose of the present invention is to make the cube-type meat with the constant size by stable supplying and cutting processes.
