The present invention relates to a ball joint device for a vehicle, wherein costs can be reduced via the simplification of a process compared with a traditional process by coupling the ball joint device to a knuckle using a taper washer, and an axial force can be set depending on the shape of the section of the taper washer. The ball joint device for a vehicle comprises: a ball stud having a ball formed on an upper part and having a bolt part formed on a lower part; a dust cover having the ball mounted therein and formed integrally together with an upper arm on an outer circumference surface; a taper washer coupled to the outer circumference surface of the ball stud by indentation and having a tapered inner circumference surface; a knuckle having a mounting groove part to mount the washer; a division pin and a coupling nut combined with the bolt part of the ball stud and to be coupled to the knuckle; and an upper arm integrally formed together with the dust cover. |
