The present invention relates to a system for estimating locations of multi-targets and a method thereof. The method for estimating locations of multi-targets comprises the following steps of: obtaining at least one receiving signal about multiple targets from at least one radar equipment; generating a combination signal in which at least one receiving signal having a first signal value about the target is combined; and selecting the location of at least one first signal value with threshold value or higher threshold value in the combination signal, as the location of the target.
