Disclosed is an air conditioning system, a method thereof, and a vessel or an ocean construction including the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided are an air conditioning system, the method thereof, and the vessel or the ocean construction including the same capable of preventing the overheating of a place in which heat is generated such as an electrical equipment room, increasing cooling efficiency, and preventing electricity leakage caused by moisture. The air conditioning system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an air conditioning unit which is placed so that air can be passed and harmonized and supplies the harmonized air to a needed space of a body of the vessel; a main pipe unit to supply the air harmonized by the air conditioning unit to a needed space; an air conditioning package unit to harmonize the air and supply the air into the other space excluding the needed space by being separately placed with the air conditioning unit; and a circulating pipe unit arranged so the air harmonized by the air conditioning package unit can be supplied into the other space and the air in the other space can be circulated into the air conditioning package unit.
