<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an action of printing an image of paper money for the purpose of carrency forgery, in an image printing apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: In the image printing apparatus, the size of a document image is detected in a document image printing operation (#21); and if the size of the document image is equal to the size of paper money (#22:YES), it is displayed that a color tone of an image to be printed on a printing paper sheet is different from a color tone of the document image (#25). Then, when the document image is read (#26) and an image to be printed in the color tone different from that of the document image is displayed (#28) and when a user makes an authorization instruction for authorizing the image to be printed in the color tone different from that of the document image (#29:YES), the image read in #26 is printed, in a color tone different from that of the document image (namely, in the color tone of the image displayed in #28)(#30). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
