<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming system and a repeating device which enable a user to retrieve an image forming apparatus of low charge when requesting printing to an external group. <P>SOLUTION: When there are no operable MFPs in a group, the highest charge PG1 in the group is calculated (step S18), and the lowest charge PG2 of available MFPs in another group is determined (step S23), and it is determined whether PG1≥PG2 is satisfied or not (step S24).
