<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inertial force sensor which can detect each of the inertial forces of a plurality of detection axes and can make various electronic devices compact. <P>SOLUTION: The sensor includes a detection element, comprising two orthogonal arms each being made up by connecting a first arm 2 with a second arm 4 in a substantially orthogonal direction; a support part 6 for supporting two first arms 2; and two fixing arms 8, each having one end connected to the support part 6, and the other end which is connected to a mount board (not shown). The second arm 4 includes a facing part 16, which is bent so as to face the second arm 4 itself, a spindle part 11 is coupled to the head of the second arm 4, a recessed section 12 is formed on the spindle part 11, and the head of the second arm 4 is connected to the recessed section 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
