<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treating tool for an endoscope which can retain the direction of opening an excision wire and the direction of a distal end opening part of an outer sheath in a predetermined positional relation by a simple configuration and securely take vital tissue and has little concern of harming the wall face of a forceps channel and the mucosal tunics in a body cavity. <P>SOLUTION: By pushing/pulling an operation wire 134, a snare 135 is projected out/drawn in outside of a flexible sheath 132. When the snare 135 is projected out to the outer part side of the flexible sheath 132, tilting parts 144a, 144b of the proximal end side of a loop of the snare 135 are engaged with the inner face in the major diameter direction of a flat part 142 on the distal end part of the sheath 132. Thereby, the snare 135 is prevented from being rotated relative to the sheath 132 to regulate the opening direction of the loop of the snare 135 when the snare 135 is projected out to the outer part side of the flexible sheath 132. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
