<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high dielectric composition combining improved relative dielectric constant with electrical insulation property, further preferably excellent in elongation at breaking, exhibiting sufficient performance in particular high relative dielectric constant even when elongated, and to provide a high dielectric tape and a terminal structure of a high-voltage power cable each using the high dielectric composition, and an electric field relaxation treatment kit.SOLUTION: There is provided a non-vulcanized high dielectric composition containing 60 to 300 pts.mass of titanium oxide and 40 to 85 pts.mass of carbon black with respect to 100 pts.mass of a blend rubber of acryl rubber of 30 to 90 mass% and nitrile rubber of 10 to 70 mass%. There are also provided a high dielectric tape made of the high dielectric composition, a terminal structure of a high-voltage power cable obtained by winding the high dielectric tape to a terminal of a semiconductive layer, and an electrical field relaxation treatment kit including the high dielectric tape.</p> |
