A method of Idle State Signaling Reduction, ISR, deactivation, comprising:
setting, by a User Equipment, UE, a deactivation timer for a first Radio Access Technology, RAT;
starting, by the UE, the deactivation timer for the first RAT if ISR for the first RAT is activated, when a periodic location update timer for the first RAT in UE side expires, wherein the UE does not camp on the first RAT; and
deactivating, by the UE, the ISR for the first RAT when the deactivation timer for the first RAT expires. |
