A module for detecting the analyte in fluid, a chip for detecting the analyte in fluid using the module, a system for detecting the analyte in fluid are provided to allow the analyte present in fluid to be detected efficiently by using an ultrasmall amount of fluid. A module for detecting the analyte in fluid comprises a sample injection part(12) for the injection of a fluid sample; a filtering zone for removing the noise material; and a reaction zone where the reaction for detecting the analyte is carried out, wherein the filtering zone and the reaction zone are provided in a closed microchannel where a fluid sample moves by the capillary flow.
