<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means which enables network home electric appliances to playback a moving picture or audio stream-transmitted from the Internet, without having to add modifications to the network home electric appliances connected to a domestic LAN. <P>SOLUTION: A PC 111 stores identification information of AV data being stored in a distribution server within the Internet 12. The PC 111 uses the relevant identification information to request to the distribution server transmission of AV data, that is requested to be transmitted by a user at a network household electrical appliance within a domestic LAN 11, transcodes the AV data streaming-transmitted from the distribution server in real-time, and then streaming-transmits the AV data to the network household electrical appliance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
