<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a hybrid car for securing desired uphill road traveling performance. <P>SOLUTION: A control device 16 of a hybrid car is configured to assist the driving force of an internal combustion engine 11 with the driving force of a motor 12 when a driving force command (for example, accelerator opening AP) to a vehicle becomes larger than a prescribed decision threshold (for example, an assist performance decision threshold).
