BELT BODY, BELT CONVEYOR, AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt body with durability improved by preventing crack generation at the end part of a folded trace part.

SOLUTION: A printer 10 comprises an endless intermediate transfer belt (belt body) 124 contacted with a photoreceptor drum 120. The intermediate transfer belt 124 has a folded trace part 124c extending in the belt main body width direction. A long plate-like first meandering prevention member 127 is mounted on one end in the width direction of the circumferential surface of the intermediate transfer belt 124 for limiting meandering of the intermediate transfer belt 124 with a posture with both ends parts in the longitudinal direction butted in the rotational direction of the intermediate transfer belt 124. The butted parts 127c of the first meandering prevention member 127 are formed off the fold trace part 124c by a predetermined distance in the rotational direction of the intermediate transfer belt 124 so that one end of the folded trace part 124c is covered with the first meandering prevention member 127.
