The light emitting button device comprises: a display unit (22) configured to control driving of a driven part (24) and display driving states of a touch switch (21) and the driven part (24); and a control unit (23) configured to control driving of the driven part (24) by an electrical signal transmitted from the touch switch (21) and simultaneously control a display state of the display unit (22).
