<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the detection characteristics of a cell electrophysiologic sensor. <P>SOLUTION: In this device for the cell electrophysiologic sensor equipped with a sensor chip 9 and a chip holding part 10 arranged in the outer periphery of the side surface of the sensor chip 9 and characterized in that the sensor chip 9 is composed of a sheet having a continuity hole 15 and the frame body formed on the sheet, the sheet of the sensor chip 9 is formed of a laminate composed of a first silicon layer 11 and the silicon dioxide layer 12 becoming a cell capturing surface on the first silicon layer 11, and the frame body of the sensor chip 9 is formed of a second silicon layer 13 while the chip holding part 10 is formed of glass and the chip holding part 10 and the side surface of the silicon dioxide layer 12 are welded by glass. By this constitution, the leak current through the sensor chip is reduced and the detection characteristics of the cell electrophysiologic sensor are enhanced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
