A bumper guard for protecting a pedestrian is provided to minimize wounds of the pedestrian by preparing an elastic body in a second supporting stand while a first supporting stand and a rotation bar pushes the elastic body to an upper direction. A bumper guard for protecting a pedestrian includes the followings: a rotation bar installed in a body unit(110); a first supporting stand(200) installed on an upper part of a body unit movably and inserted into both ends of the rotation bar; a second supporting stand(300) installed on a lower part of the body unit movably; and an elastic body pushing the first supporting stand and the rotation bar upward and pushing the second supporting stand downward. |
