A semiautomatic bed for medical treatment is provided, which enables a nurse or helper to change the posture of a patient easily and to bathe the patient. A semiautomatic bed for medical treatment comprises: a rigid frame(10) supported in the ground; a rotary frame(20) which is pivotally connected to the rigid frame and is rotated by the power of a user; first and second beds(30,40) which are installed so that openings face each other inside the rotary frame; an elevating member(50) moving first and second beds in the direction that comes close or gets away; and a locking element restricting the rotation of the rotary frame.
