<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel having improved surface flatness. <P>SOLUTION: A touch panel includes: a first electrode substrate having a first substrate with a recess formed at the center of one surface thereof and a first conductive film formed on the one surface including the recess; a second electrode substrate having a flexible second substrate and a second conductive film formed on one surface of the second substrate; first wiring formed on a surface of the first conductive film; second wiring formed on a surface of the second conductive film; and a spacer holding the first electrode substrate and the second electrode substrate so that the first conductive film and the second conductive film face each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
