<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently transmit a development reaction force when a knee airbag is developed and thrust which acts when a knee airbag receives an occupant's knee to an instrument panel and the like. <P>SOLUTION: A partition member 52 of a T shape by a front view is provided detachably in a glove box body 16. Stoppers 64 of rectangular solid block shapes are arranged at prescribed positions of a right and left pair of side walls 16D of the glove box body 16 (positions that face rear ends of the upper surface 56A of the vertically partitioning part 56 of the partition member 52). Even if the deployment force of the knee airbag 46 and the thrust which acts when an occupant's knee is constrained by the knee airbag 46 act in the direction of an arrow F, and thereby if the partition member 52 is pushed up, displacement in the same direction can be regulated by the stoppers 64. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
