<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent lamp with a built-in lighting circuit which can surely fix a glass globe irrespective of a condition of an adhesive agent. <P>SOLUTION: The fluorescent lamp with a built-in lighting circuit is provided with a globe 2 covering a fluorescent tube 1, a lighting circuit housing portion 4 for housing a lighting circuit 3 for lighting up the fluorescent tube 1, and a fitting claw 5 for holding the globe 2 on the lighting circuit housing portion 4. The globe 2 is preferably made of glass and the number of the fitting claws is preferably two or more, which are arranged in positions in a rotating symmetry on a circumference of an open portion 2a of the globe 2.
