<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor for simply separating and concentrating a very small amount of a substance to detect the same, and a system for separating and concentrating a very small amount of the substance to detect the same. <P>SOLUTION: This sensor is constituted so as to detect an anion molecule and equipped with an electrode, the polymer layer arranged on the electrode and equipped with a molecule cast having a complementary three-dimensional structure in the stereostructure of the anion molecule and a lead-out part for leading out a change in the conductivity of the polymer layer.
