The frame (40) has a curvilinear box (32) for receiving cutting discs (34-1-34-4) i.e. saw, and an actuator (36) positioned behind rotating shafts of the cutting discs. A drive unit (38) i.e. driving pulley, drives the cutting discs in rotation. A main housing (42) is arranged on a rigid bottom plate and positioned in upstream of the rotating shafts of the cutting discs with respect to forward and working direction (F). The cutting discs (34-1, 34-3) are placed close to the box, and the cutting discs (34-2, 34-4) are spaced apart from the box.
