The cap has a sealed membrane (2) mounted at an internal part of a closure (1), where the sealed membrane is realized by a plastic material e.g. polypropylene. The sealed membrane is supported against a base (9) of the closure. A deformable lip (6) is applied against the internal wall of a neck of a brake fluid reservoir (5) under the action of screwing effort of the closure. A vent hole (8) communicates with a slot (10) in an internal wall of the closure to define a ventilation channel permitting to ensure that the interior of the reservoir is at atmospheric pressure.
