The present invention relates to a camera and a vehicle including the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the camera comprises: a lens; an image sensor for sensing an image based on light incident from the lens; and a processor for controlling an exposure time of an image, sensed by the image sensor, to be varied based on a level and a distribution value of illumination in the image photographed by the image sensor. Accordingly, a motion blur can be reduced in a low illumination environment. |
