The present invention provides a method for shaping fresh garlic after the garlic is crushed and ground, and the garlic ground and shaped by using the method. The method includes the steps of: storing fresh garlic having the skin removed at a room temperature (S1); grinding the fresh garlic stored in advance, adding a sugar component material, onions, and vinegar to the ground garlic, and mixing the ingredients together (S2); and adding the mixture in the previous step (S2) into a shaping mold and rapidly freezing the mixture. |
