The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an injector cup for a vehicle wherein productivity can be improved by reducing the number of processes in the process of manufacturing an injector cup and reducing manufacturing costs and manufacturing time. The method for manufacturing an injector cup for a vehicle comprises: a preparation step of preparing a round bar material in the shape of a bar; a transfer step of clamping the material on a clamping jig and transferring the material in one direction; a cutting step of chip-cutting one surface of the material being transferred and chamfering the edges of one surface and another surface using a bite while cutting the other surface at regular intervals using a cutter; a bias-cutting step of grabbing the other surface of the cut material of an injector cup on a supporting chuck and bias-cutting a fuel path hole for the flow of fuel on a flow path on one surface; a drilling step of fixing two materials of an injector cup having the fuel path hole formed thereon to facing positions of a fixing chuck and roundly drilling the facing surfaces; and a rounding step of rounding the drilled surfaces of the materials of an injector cup using a cutter. |
