Disclosed are a remote control method for synchronization and a system thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the remote control method comprises the following steps: remotely connecting a remote control device with a target terminal to be controlled; obtaining environment information including a terminal state of the target terminal to be controlled from the connected target terminal to be controlled; reflecting the obtained environment information to a virtual target terminal to be controlled to synchronize the virtual target terminal to be controlled with an actual control target terminal; and outputting the synchronized virtual target terminal to be controlled on a screen.
