<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analog circuit, electronic device, and the like capable of making noise reduction and power consumption reduction compatible. <P>SOLUTION: The analog circuit 300 includes a first circuit 310 comprising an operational amplifier OP1 of a first type for which the frequency of a signal to be amplified is a first frequency, and a second circuit 320 comprising an operational amplifier OP2 of a second type for which the frequency of a signal to be amplified is a second frequency that is lower than the first frequency. A channel width of a differential-stage transistor in a differential part of the operational amplifier OP1 of the first type is defined as W1a, a channel length thereof is defined as L1a, a bias current to flow to the differential part is defined as Ia, a channel width of a differential-stage transistor in a differential part of the operational amplifier OP2 of the second type is defined as W1b, a channel length thereof is defined as L1b, and a bias current to flow to the differential part is defined as Ib, wherein the conditions of W1b×L1b>W1a×L1a, and Ia>Ib are established. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
