<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a motor drive device that prevents the step-out of a motor at overloading in a low-speed region of the motor in which the torque ripple of a one-piston rotary compressor or the like of an air conditioner is large, and is achieved in continuous and stable operation. <P>SOLUTION: The motor drive device includes a target rotation number correcting means 11, and when a torque command amount determined by a torque control means 21 is larger than a preset value, the target rotation number is corrected, thus preventing the step-out of the motor at the overloading in the low-speed region, and enabling the continuous and stable operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
