<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a desired shape by preventing projection portions that project outward from a sheath such as an incision wire in the radial direction from twisting or bending and preventing them from falling inadvertently when the projection portions are rotated. <P>SOLUTION: The endoscopic incision system includes an endoscope 1 and an overtube 2 covering at least the distal end of the insertion portion 12 of the endoscope.
