Cosmetic use of an agent comprising at least a color-changing component and at least one amino acid in a cosmetic carrier, for intensifying the color change of keratin fibers, is claimed. An independent claim is also included for a multi-component packaging unit comprising at least a first container with a coloring preparation, contained in a cosmetic carrier with at least an oxidation dye precursor, at least an amphoteric or cationic polymer carrying a cationic charge in a side chain of the polymer and/or at least an amphoteric or zwitterionic surfactant and at least an hydroxy-containing amino acid and/or their salts, and at least a second container with a developer preparation, contained in a cosmetic carrier with at least one oxidizing agent. |
