MICROREACTOR AND PROCESSING SYSTEM USING THE SAME

A microreactor and a processing system using the same are provided to offer convenient process control of a user by generating heat transmission and mass transfer which is identical at each micro channel, and to maintain flux of a micro channel with enough energy efficiency. A microreactor includes the followings: an inflow channel(510); a divergence channel(520) dispersing fluid on a plane flowed from the inflow channel; and a plurality of micro channels in which the fluid dispersed from the divergence channel, and connected with the other side of the divergence channel. The fluid translation length of the micro channel which is far from the other side center of the divergence channel is shorter than that of the fluid translation length of a near micro channel from the other side center of the divergence channel. The difference of the fluid translation length between the micro channels is made by difference of a fluid inlet part from the micro channels.
