FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: method includes micro- arc oxidation MAO in electrolyte under voltage, herewith in the capacity of electrolyte it is used solution of phosphates or silicates, and process of MAO is implemented at two stages, herewith at the first stage of MAO it is implemented at voltage from 200 up to 250 V during 15-20 min, at the second stage into electrolyte it is added finely dispersed powder TiO2 with grains size 1.0-3.0 micrometre up to concentration 250-300 g/l and MAO is implemented at voltage 400-450 V during 15-20 minutes. ^ EFFECT: development of method of titanium alloy MAO for antifrictional building-up, providing receiving of oxide coating on surface of titanium wire of small thickness and provide required hardness of deposited metal. ^ 2 cl, 1 tbl, 1 ex |
