PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a COrecovery device and a COrecovery method.SOLUTION: An absorption tower 13 includes: a COabsorption part 13A which absorbs COin CO-containing exhaust gas 11A with a lean solution 12B; a main water washing part 13C which recovers an accompanying COabsorbent with washing water 20; a washing water circulation line Lwhich circulates washing water 20 containing the COabsorbent recovered by a liquid storage part 21 of the main water washing part 13C; a preliminary water washing part 13B disposed between the COabsorption part 13A and the main water washing part 13C; a water washing part extraction liquid supply line Lwhich extracts a part 20a of washing water 20 which contains the COabsorbent from the washing water circulation line Land introduces the part of the washing water into a reflux part 17 of an absorption regeneration tower 14; and a reflux water supply line Lwhich extracts a part of reflux water from the tower bottom part side rather than an introduction position of the reflux part 17, is connected to the preliminary water washing part 13B side and introduces the part of the reflux water as preliminary water washing water 20b of the preliminary water washing part 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
