The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a copperplate-type element applied fuse. Conventionally, when a fuse made of a copperplate is used in high rated current, a work of making a portion for coating metal in the middle thereof is manually performed to manufacture the fuse in a time delay type. The present invention automatically performs the process, and the apparatus comprises: a reel fusible element supply unit which supplies a reel fusible element which is formed in a continuous long belt shape and in which both ends for forming a fuse are not cut and are continuously formed in a connected shape; a soldering device which supplies a solder wire to the reel fusible element supplied from one side and melts the solder wire to simultaneously form two to ten soldering portions; a vision inspecting unit which performs inspection through an image of the soldered fuse; a defect selecting unit which selects a defective product with a defective soldering portion; a cleaning unit which cleans an upper face and a rear face of the reel fusible element while passing through two or three cleaning rolls; a drying unit which dries the reel fusible element by supplying hot wind; and a reel fusible element recovery unit which recovers the reel fusible element in a roll shape again. |
