The present invention relates to an inner equipment replacement and maintenance system for a nacelle of a wind power generator. The inner equipment replacement and maintenance system for a nacelle of a wind power generator includes: a fixing frame functioning as a frame of the nacelle; a first pulley installed on a crane and capable of moving in the width direction of the nacelle; a moving pulley located on the same point as as the first pulley in the width direction of the nacelle; a lifting jig located in the lower end of the first pulley and including a second pulley connected to the first pulley by a wire; and a fixing jig located on the upper side of main devices in the wind power generator and fixed to the devices. The moving pulley can move along a center axis.
