Disclosed are a relay state detecting method and a device thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the relay state detecting device detects a voltage having a different voltage value according to the state of each relay which switches connection between a battery and a load, and determines whether or not to have fusion in each relay by using the detected voltage.
