Disclosed is a method to manufacture a pipe-shaped steel product capable of exhibiting a tensile strength of 1750 MPa or greater. According to the present invention, the pipe-shaped steel product comprises: 0.32-0.38 wt% of carbon (C); 0.5 wt% or less of silicon (Si); 1.0-1.5 wt% of manganese (Mn); 0.02 wt% or less of phosphorus (P); 0.01 wt% or less of sulfur (S); 0.01-0.05 wt% of aluminum (Al); 0.01-0.10 wt% of titanium (Ti); 0.1-1.0 wt% of chromium (Cr); 0.0005-0.005 wt% of boron (B); 0.01 wt% or less of nitrogen (N); less than 0.003 wt% of oxygen (O); and the remainder consisting of iron (Fe) and inevitable impurities, wherein the tensile strength is greater than or equal to 1750 MPa. |
