The present invention relates to a massage stick for relaxing tense muscles by applying the pressure of a specific weight to specific dermatomere without exceeding the maximum value several times. More particularly, the present invention relates to a massage stick where the diameter of a pressure spot is set in consideration of a folded state of dermatomere and worry about a skin cell damage, and a weight pressure of the pressure spot is set in consideration of the thickness and the maximum value of a skin. In detail, a massage stick according to the present invention includes an upper body (10) for containing at least one finger pressure body (2); a lower body (20) including a finger pressure body guiding part (21) extending downwardly of the upper body (10) to guide a falling path of the finger pressure body (2) therein; and a finger pressure part (30) extending downwardly of the lower body (20) to form a pressure spot for pressing a specific portion of a human body.
