The invention relates to compounds of the families of pyridazinopyridoindole and pyridazinobenzimidazole salts, to the pharmaceutical compositions containing same, and to the use of same as anti-inflammatory agents by means of the inhibition of the production of the tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) by monocytes and macrophages proinflammatory in mammals and in all of the diseases and conditions presenting high levels of said mediator, such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, asthma, bronchitis, chronic obstructive airway disease, psoriasis, allergic rhinitis, ankylosing spondylitis, hidradenitis suppurativa, dermatitis and any other inflammatory state presenting high levels of TNF-α.
