<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger that is small in the total number of part items and can reduce manufacturing costs more than before. <P>SOLUTION: In the heat exchanger HE, a case C has a square cylindrical case body 5 having a plurality of walls 50a to 50d surrounding upper and lower entire peripheries of heat transfer tubes T1, T2, and air feed ports 51a, 51b for heating air for heating the heat transfer tubes T1, T2 and an exhaust outlet 52 are formed at the case body 5. The case body 5 is formed by bending one piece of a plate material 5' having regions equivalent to the plurality of walls 50a to 50d into a square cylindrical shape, a protrusion 56 having a form in which a portion of the regions protrudes outwardly rather than the peripheral regions is integrally formed at one of the walls out of the plurality of walls 50a to 50d of the case body 5, and the exhaust outlet 52 is formed at the tip face region of the protrusion 56. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
