<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a purifying device for drainage after treatment of starch-containing food, which can be made to be a simple small-scale structure at low introduction/running cost. <P>SOLUTION: The purifying device is provided with: a treating tank 10 to which the drainage after treatment of the starch-containing food is supplied; an alkaline solution-feeding unit for feeding an alkaline solution to the treating tank 10; an acidic solution-feeding unit for feeding an acidic solution to the treating tank 10; a pH measure for measuring the pH of the drainage in the treating tank 10; an enzyme-feeding unit for feeding an enzyme for coagulating a starch component to the treating tank 10; and a controller for controlling the drive of the alkaline and acidic solution-feeding units. The starch in the drainage after treatment of starch-containing food is coagulated to precipitate by the action of the enzyme, and then a supernatant liquid is separated from a solid content. The controller determines whether the pH measure value is within a preset range or not based on a signal from the pH measure, and controls the pH so as to be within the set range by driving the alkaline or acidic solution feeding unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
