An organic light emitting diode display device comprises a display panel, a data driver, and a timing controller. The display panel includes a front surface having a plurality of pixels disposed thereon and a rear surface facing the front surface and having a plurality of temperature sensors disposed thereon. Each of the temperature sensors is disposed in a position corresponding to each of reference pixels among the pixels. The data driver outputs data voltage corresponding to a data signal to data lines connected to the pixels. The timing controller controls the data driver, converts sensed temperature signals output from the temperature sensors by using a temperature model look-up table which nonlinearly maps the sensed temperature signals, calculates a compensation coefficient based on the converted temperature signals, and compensates for image data based on the calculated compensation coefficient to provide the data signal. The organic light emitting diode display device of the present invention can accurately calculate the compensation coefficient according to temperature.
