Disclosed is an ultrasound cleaning system. The ultrasound cleaning system of the present invention is a system cleaning contamination of manufactured components, comprising: a base which is horizontally long and has a storage space storing cleansing liquid therein; a cleaning module installed on an upper end unit of the base; and a conveyor unit penetrating the cleaning module and moving the manufactured components. The cleaning module comprises: a spraying unit spraying a twin-fluid body of the cleansing liquid towards the conveyor unit; a cleaning unit having cleansing liquid filled therein and oscillating ultrasound towards the conveyor unit; and a dry unit supplying hot air towards the conveyor unit, wherein the spraying unit, the cleaning unit and the dry unit transmit the twin-fluid body, ultrasound and hot air to the respective upper side and lower side of the manufactured components. According to the present invention, provided is the ultrasound cleaning system having effects of: cleaning uniformly the both surfaces of the manufactured components; preventing the manufactured components from floating while being cleaned in the multiple cleaning steps; and being capable of resuming the cleaning process instantly even when mechanical failure occurs. |
