The present invention proposes an apparatus and a method to guide a driving route interlocked with a turn signal light which is interlocked with a turn signal light to guide a driving route for an automobile vehicle. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: a specific point access determination unit determining whether the automobile vehicle accesses an expected input point of the turn signal light based on a predetermined driving route; a turn signal light input determination unit determining whether the turn signal light is inputted when determined that the vehicle accesses the expected input point of the turn signal light; and a turn signal light input request unit requesting an input of the turn signal light when determined that the turn signal light is not inputted.
