PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manage information on sheets to be removed in replacement of sheets in a paper feed tray.SOLUTION: There is provided an image forming apparatus that forms images on sheets supplied from a paper feed tray; when an operation accompanying replacement of sheets stored in the paper feed tray is performed, or replacement of sheets stored in the paper feed tray is required, the image forming apparatus forms an image including information on the sheets before the replacement.
